Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY TERMS

The prices shown on the website do not include delivery. Delivery charges are detailed below and will be calculated automatically when you place your order.

Office hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm excluding bank holidays, orders placed Monday to Friday before 3.00pm will be despatched on standard 2-3 day delivery subject to stock availability unless otherwise requested.

A next day delivery option for UK mainland despatch is available, dependant on stock availability, location and on orders placed before 3:00pm (on orders placed Monday - Thursday, excluding bank holidays). We cannot deliver to PO boxes, Parcel Forwarding Companies. or addresses other than the invoice billing address.

For delivery outside of the UK Mainland, within the EU and outside of the EU, please contact us directly and we will quote delivery charges on an individual basis.

 

We have stopped delivering to Eire from January 2021 due to Brexit and duty now payable by the consumer. Our products are available at Woodies or Amazon in Eire.

 

Please Note:
Products will be delivered to you at the address supplied at the time of placing your order. We will not verify the address and will accept no liability if you do not receive your order as a result of you providing incorrect delivery details.

It is your responsibility to ensure that an appropriate person is available at the delivery address at the time of delivery. If no-one is at the address when the delivery is attempted, goods sent by standard mail will be left with a neighbour, wherever possible.

In the event that items cannot be delivered Items when sent by DHL/UK Mail Next Day mail will be retained by the delivery company. It is your responsibility to re-arrange delivery, where appropriate.

Also please note adverse weather conditions or other events outside of our reasonable control may result in the occasional late or cancelled delivery. If that is the case, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible to reschedule your delivery time and date. In any event, our liability to you will be limited to the price of goods not delivered and the cost of delivery.

RETURNS

Returns Policy

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We have created this 14-day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).

Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:

(a) we receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of receipt of the product;

(b) the returned product is unused, in its original packaging and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;

(c) you comply with the returns procedure set out below

Returns procedure

In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must:

Contact us if you are returning your order by emailing mipwebsales@lloytron.com. We will supply you with a Returns Form to return with your order.

We do not take any responsibility for returned items that are not received and request that you contact Royal Mail or your courier directly.

You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.

Refunds

We will send you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy including the original delivery charges, if these have been paid by the customer, and excluding the costs of returning the product to us.

In the unlikely event of returning an item due to fault or damage, return postage costs will be refunded however refunds will not be issued until the goods have been returned, checked and verified to be faulty/damaged.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we received your returned product.

Improper returns

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):

(a) we will not refund or exchange the product;

(b) we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and

(c) if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
